Elements we will need from you to produce this particular animation (note that they all vary somewhat so please refer to the preview):

Color:  One (1) color choice. Supply the hex # color numbers (such as #303030) or, an image sample and we’ll match the color(s) as closely as possible.

Logo or Image:   One (1) logo or image file — .PNG file with transparent background.  One side must be at least 1,000 pixels in size.  Larger is also acceptable.
